First, like a filter they will choose frequencies, out of countless frequencies, which will have a direct effect on the energy levels of the gasoline molecules. Second, the gas chip will alter the course of the filtered electromagnetic waves. Instead of running parallel to the surface of the fuel tank, they will now be turned perpendicular at a right angle, 90%, and will go through the fuel tank, through the gasoline. In the process, they will subject the gasoline molecules to this electromagnetic energy at the specific frequencies. With this, the gasoline becomes “pre-energized”.
