My Experience with a Whiplash Injury
December 18th, 2008 | by admin |I was once in an accident where I was hit from behind so hard that my glasses flew off of my face and ended up in the hatchback of my car. Although I was not immediately taken to the hospital, I soon learned that I was dealing with a whiplash injury because my neck started to stiffen up on me and to get quite sore. I didn’t bother hiring an attorney but it was interesting that the insurance company did call me and offered to pay me $500 if I sign papers that I would never sue them in a court of law. I cashed the $500 check and the rest is history.
