How Did The Peoplesoft Learning Management System Come About?
July 29th, 2008 | by admin |Back in the day before there was this main stream of computers, the natural learning focused on the instructor and student in the classroom. But since the evolution of all the computer technology, the focus has been on the individual learner and the eLearner factor which needed to be managed by some sort of Peoplesoft learning management system. Corporations then started to purchase eLearner courses from an outside vendor in order to educate their employees. This lead to the administrators wanting to create their own series of learning tools so that these tools could be used over again and just upgraded when needed. This is how the learning management system came about.
