Using HR recruitment to open a new department

Opening a new division is on the cards for the organization that I work for. I have been put in charge of the hr recruitment drive. I have started to advertise positions on the company website and using various employment agencies. This will attract the required candidates and I can then begin screening the applications to sort the wheat from the chaff. Thankfully I have software to help with the process and cut down the amount of time I spend on candidate selection.
