Customer Service Training - It’s about doing the simple things

 I got a chance to attend the customer service training program in my company.  I was surprised when the trainer of the module kept saying simple things like “Say Thank you”, “Say Good Morning” etc to my employees.  In one of the breaks, I asked him if he thought by doing so, he could improve the customer service levels.  He told me that to achieve consistent customer service, you need to do the simple things right.
