The key is to begin training employees as soon as possible, and without waiting for every piece of software to be installed. Some companies make the mistake of waiting too long to train their employees. This can slow down the process as the employees take weeks, and even longer to learn the new software. The sooner they learn how to use the new software, the faster the project can be completed.
