Our archive og documents is rapidly approaching a point where it will be unmanageable. It’s time to institute some
document management standards. We need to be able to find information quickly when we need it, and our presnt system isn’t cutting it.
After some investigation, I’ve settled on Small Business Document Management as the best choice for us. I think it would got a long way toward helping us get our arms around the problem.
The research is the easy part, though. The part I dread is getting people to comply with the document management standards. People are lazy creatures, really.
