Corporate Data Security
May 8th, 2008 | by admin |Right now it’s not a question of if our data will be compromised, but when. We’ve made no appreciable efforts toward corporate data security, and management won’t give be the budget to do it myself
So of course it’s fallen to me to take the initiative to learn more about What Data Security Is. I’ll also need to find a way to sell it. Perhaps a full-blown risk assessment.
Naturally they’ll all be pointing the finger at me if we have a major breach, despite their refusal to implement the changes I’m asking for. Sh*t rolls down hill.
