For instance, do you need something very basic that’s perfect for a smaller operation? Or are you looking for something more complex that can be used by all of the project managers in your 500+ employee corporation? Do you “need” a project management software package that is easy-to-learn and just “want” one with networking capability? Keep in mind that “needs” are non-negotiable, whereas “wants” are optional.
