While many people do want to begin a career as a chef after attending a vegetarian culinary institute, you are not necessarily limited to becoming one. If you decide that you do not want to be a chef, you may still be more qualified for other positions in the kitchen, or even to run the kitchen as a manager. You may also decide that you would like to teach people what you have learned, and get a job as an instructor at a similar school.
