Reducing Allergy Symptoms By Altering Environment

November 12th, 2008 | by admin |

There are some things you can do to reduce your allergies. First, when you are driving, roll your windows up and use the air conditioner. This keeps pollen outside the car. Make sure you wash your hair after being outside for any length of time. This will wash the pollen out of your hair. Change your clothes as well. Use a HEPA filter on your vacuum cleaner and also on your air conditioning unit. This helps to keep the air quality in your home good. Keep coats and boots by the door. This way any pollen that might be on people’s clothing and shoes stays by the door instead of being spread throughout your home.
