Proving Your Value Within Pharmacy Employment

By applying the quality that I describe in the book as selfishness, you “demand” that within your pharmacy employment they recognise the value you provide. When you provide an incredible service that profits the employer and you are underpaid for the service that you provide, then it does not matter that the economy is going from bad to worse, because the employer will not be able to find someone who provides as much value as you do since you have exhibited so much growth.
