All of the hardware was not included with my bamboo vertical blinds.

I had a tough time installing my bamboo vertical blinds. It was not because they were difficult to install. It was because all of the hardware was not included in the package. I bought a kit that was supposed to come with everything I needed to install the blinds, excluding the tools that would be needed for the installation. I opened up the kit and removed the blinds, hardware, and instructions. I compared the hardware to the list that was provided, but there were several pieces missing. I gathered up the materials and returned the kit to the store where I had purchased it. I explained the problem, and I was able to exchange the kit for another. I returned home, only to find that the new kit also did not have all of the necessary components. This time, when I returned to the store, I demanded that they open the kit that they planned to send me home with. I was not taking another incomplete kit home. Several were opened before a complete kit was found.
