Underfloor Utilities and Flooring Materials

For instance, in many set ups, utilities such as water pipes, electrical wiring, air-conditioning, and heating will run under floors. In some cases, there might have to be accommodations made so that these utilities may be more easily accessed. Materials will have to be suitable for the utilities under the flooring, so in most cases, untreated or bare wood may be out of the question.
